1. Dehydration and Treating
Air Dryers: Varuna focuses on large and full specification air dryers. These dryers regenerate the desiccant bed by expanding a portion of dried air to atmospheric pressure. This swing in pressure, when passed through the desiccant picks up moisture from desiccant pores which were loaded with moisture in the previous adsorption cycle.
Process Dryers & Treaters: Varuna can design and execute gas dryers and treaters for almost all process gases. Common impurities that can be removed from a gas stream.
2. Separation and Purification
PSA Plants: Our Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) is a technology used to separate some gas species from a mixture of gases under pressure according to the species’ molecular characteristics and affinity for an adsorbent material.
Combined Plants: Our combined cycle power plant is an assembly of heat engines that work in tandem from the same source of heat, converting it into mechanical energy. On land, when used to make electricity the most common type is called a combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) plant.
Carbon Adsorption & VOC Recovery Plants: QEPL offers vapor phase activated carbon systems for the removal of volatile organic compounds such as hydrocarbons, solvents, toxic gases and organic based odors Varuna Controlling volatile organic compound (VOC) and hazardous air pollutant (HAP) emissions are achieved by various means.

Varuna is approved by leading global engineering consultants to supply cartridge filter packages for coalescing and particulate applications. The packages can be offered either as stand-alone filter vessels or skid mounted with required instruments.
